We will determine your twice-a-week service days (either Tuesday/Friday or Monday/Thursday) depending on your area, and schedule your pick-up and returns on your next service day! We do not require you to be present for any part of the transaction and are able to offer a completely contact-less service!

How does our Contactless Service work?

  1. We provide you with two VIP bags and preference tags and then you are assigned weekly service dates.
  2. Put the filled VIP bag in a designated area BY 8 am for pick-up, on your designated pick-up day. Make sure to fill out and attach the Tags with your information and preferences.
  3. We pick up your filled VIP bag and enter it into our system immediately.
  4. Once Cleaned and packaged we deliver to you on your next service day. We can leave in a designated spot you prefer, or on a door hanger that we provide you.

FAQS About Our Free Contactless Pick-up and Delivery Service

Does Galaxy Cleaners charge a Delivery Fee?

No, there are no additional charges for this service, currently.

Do I have to be there when the drop off or pick up is made?

No. We request that you leave your clothes in a visible/PRE-designated area in the bags that were provided on the scheduled dates by 8am.

Is there a minimum requirement for this service?

No. Though, we will have extra bags on hand for those bags that can’t fit all your items!

How do I tell Galaxy Cleaners of a special request with my garment?

Please use the preferences Identification Tag provided to fill in your most requested preferences, If there are any further requests needed on a specialty garment, please include a detailed note in your bag for our driver.

How will I know my scheduled drop off and pick up dates?

Upon sign up, a Team Member will inform you if we service your area and what days of the week a driver will be there in order to plan accordingly.

How do I pay for this Service?

Galaxy Cleaners requires a Credit or Debit card on file for this service. This is to ensure that your information is directly in our systems and we are able to achieve that completely contactless service.

What areas does Galaxy Cleaners currently offer this service?

We are currently servicing Surprise and surrounding areas within a ten mile radius of our store. We are adding additional routes based on the desire of this service from our clients. We can make special accommodations for corporate buildings, hospitals, schools, etc. with qualifying orders, based on interest.

Does Galaxy Cleaners offer a Guarantee?

Yes, we offer that you will be happier with the amount of time that you will gain due to the convenience of this service. If you are dissatisfied for some reason, let us know directly and immediately so that we can try to fix the situation!
